Shipping

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

• Australia: 4–12 business days
• Rest of World: 4–15 business days
• All shipments are handled by trusted international carriers and include full tracking.
• Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier operations.
• Complimentary shipping is available on orders over USD $250.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 28 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be tried on over your own underwear.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons: hosiery, lingerie accessories, and beauty products.
